JEE Main April 2022 : Application Form
NTA will release the JEE Main 2022 April session application form on the official website. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria and keep all required documents ready before filling the JEE Main 2022 application form. Also, candidates must note that multiple applications by a candidate will be rejected.

Steps to fill JEE Main April 2022 Application Form
Candidates can check the step by step procedure to fill JEE Main 2022 application form here.
Step 1: Registration-I the first step, candidates will have to register by entering personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, qualifying exam roll number, etc. along with entering the contact details. Candidates will also have to create a password and answer a security question. After successful registration, Application number will be generated.
Step 2: Filling of Application Form- After registration, candidates will have to login to the candidate portal using their Application number and password to fill all other required details of the application form like state code of eligibility, category, preference of exam cities, educational details and parent’s income details.
Step 3: Uploading Documents- After filling all the details of the application form, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature and Class 12th admit card or marksheet as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
Step 4: Payment of Application fee- In the next step, candidates will be required to pay the application fee of JEE Main 2022 in online mode through debit/credit card or internet banking.
Step 5: Printout of Acknowledgement Page- In the last step, candidates will have to download the acknowledgement page and take a print of it for future reference.

JEE Main April 2022 : Reservation Criteria
The authorities provide certain reservations to candidates for admission in the participating institutes on the basis of their categories. Following table can be referred to know the reservation criteria of JEE Main 2022.

JEE Main 2022 Reservation for Women Candidates
A female candidate can apply under the All India Level or Women Quota System since most of the colleges reserve 5% seats for female candidates.
- For instance, there are colleges which offer relaxation to girls in terms of percentage of marks. So, if the cut off is somewhere around 98% for a particular seat/course, a girl can apply for the same seat at around 93%.
- For PwD female students, the relaxation is approximately an additional 3% under JEE Main reservation.
